Denise
Baker,
President A native New Mexican and South Valley resident, Denise Baker strives to make Albuquerque the best place for her family. Dividing her time between caring for her 3 daughters, managing a multi-million dollar company and her active community participation, Denise is the epitome of a successful entrepreneur. She has extensive fiscal management background and a B.S in accounting and business from Arizona State and has been managing the finances of D.R.B. since 1991. Denise is currently a Board of Director and Chair of Albuquerque Economic Development’s Ambassador Association, and was appointed to the Diversity Committee for both the national and regional boards of ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors) in 2007 and is a current NM ABC Board member, 2009 NAIOP Board Member chairing the Public Relations Committee. Denise is a strong part of the growing film industry here in New Mexico and a 2009 Board Member elected as Secretary of New Mexico Women in Film (NMWIF). Denise has accrued numerous accolades for her business and her commitment to the community; in 2006 D.R.B. won the New Mexico Ethics in Business Award, in 2007 was honored by the New Mexico Business Weekly as one of three of the state’s “Best Places to Work”, in 2008 was named “Top Performing CFO Number 1 Small Private Company”, 2008 Denise Baker was recognized by AFP New Mexico Chapter with a Spirit of Philanthropy Award, 2009 Denise Baker Chaired the American Heart Assoc. Go Red for Women project and 2009 DRB Electric, Inc. was named by New Mexico Business Weekly as a “Corporate Hero”. |

A visionary in creating and expanding business opportunities for her clients through her expertise in building strategic alliances, she is also the founder and president of Women on the Fast Track, a unique international networking organization for businesswomen. |

Treasurer and Reservations In 2008, Allyson joined Albuquerque Economic Development to help further improve the greater metro area. In the same year, she was awarded Executive Women International/ Albuquerque Chapter’s Representative of the Year award, and continues to enjoy supporting their philanthropic endeavors as their Treasurer. Allyson joined AWC as our treasurer summer 2009. |

Williams , Immediate Past President & Sponsorship Co-Chair Gayle started the very first BNI chapter in New Mexico in 1994. She now oversees 24 chapters in 3 states. She has been part of the Support Services Division of BNI for 3 years. Earlier this year, she was asked to head up the Mentor/Mentee Program for BNI Directors, worldwide. In September, 2007 she was honored by being invited to sit at the “Founder’s Circle” of BNI. Only 2% of Directors, worldwide are honored to sit with this group. |

She was the managing editor of the Psychotherapy Networker magazine, and as a freelance editor has edited books, articles and dissertations. She founded Write Your Best in 2001. Cindy coaches writers individually and in groups, and conducts teleseminars and writing retreats. |
