Deana
Fry ,
President Elect &
Membership Recruiting Deana Frye started Real Pest Solutions in April of '09. Deana moved to Arizona to study business and marketing at the University of Arizona in Tucson. Growing up in Rochester, NY, she hadn't experienced the fascinating diversity, size, and presence of bugs in the Southwest, so she started working for small pest control companies to become more acquainted. Her interest only grew with her experience as she worked for bigger and bigger pest control businesses and traveling throughout Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas for her employers. After 8 years in the industry she took the leap and started her own pest control business. Deana is a dog enthusiast and has a degree in AnimalÊBehavior, so starting a pet-safe pest control company was only 'natural'. She donates much of her spare time to Dog Rescues, training difficult dogs to be family pets. |
